What Messages We Send

ShowDogVideoPros may send you text messages for the following purposes:

Account Verification (OTP) — When you log in to your My Movies digital film library, you may choose to receive a one-time verification code by text message. This is a security code to confirm your identity. These messages are sent only when you request them.

Order & Fulfillment Notifications — If you have provided your mobile number with an order, we may send you a text when your videos are ready to view or download.

How You Opt In

You opt in to receive text messages from ShowDogVideoPros when you enter your phone number during the My Movies login process and select "Verify by text." By doing so, you consent to receive one-time verification codes at that phone number.

For marketing or notification messages, you may be offered a separate opt-in at various points on our website. Marketing messages require your explicit consent via a checkbox or similar action.

You can also text the keyword START or SUBSCRIBE to our number to opt in to notifications.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving text messages from ShowDogVideoPros at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.

You may also contact us by email to request removal from text messaging.
